Systemic Arterial Hypertension (SAH) is associated with high blood pressure levels in the arteries. This condition does not only affect the heart, but also organs such as the kidneys, brain, and eyes, increasing the risk of several diseases.

It is important to pay attention to factors such as being overweight, a sedentary lifestyle, excessive alcohol and salt consumption, as these are some of the risk factors that can contribute to increased blood pressure.
